“One of the most profound experiences occurred when I had a particularly vivid dream one night of matter, all earthly matter, being conscious. It was a stunning dream in which I was communicating with all matter as one body. It communicated back to me as one consciousness although it never stopped being all its forms and going on as matter does in our daily life. Toward the end of the dream, I had a startling realization. All matter was actually part, and manifested art, of The Divine Mother’s consciousness. All of these movements of cells and millions of others like them are signals, signs, communications from the cells to our awareness. We can listen to these and respond to them with delight and heightened awareness. We can also go deeper into this cellular signaling constancy of our own bodies and develop it even more. We can become adept communicators with our own bodies. We can become intimately conversant with our own cells.”
